1. The sophisticated mechanism construction
It implemented advanced plane three-dimensional curve as the CAM configuration and lever grommet-raising system, which enables stable movement, low energy consumption and non-lubrication. Moreover, SYZ-6x850H uses ball mill cast iron as the CAM material and Du Pont Enhanced Nylon as the lever to improve intensity, tenacity and abrasion resistance. So the longevity of main spare parts can be guaranteed.

2. The unique design guarantee high yield and low cost
The advanced dual incline shuttle orbit successfully avoided shuttle flee, which normally happens on other looms.
The #45 cast iron for top door ring and down door ring, as well as reed ring milling process after assembling.
In SYZ-6x850H, the shuttle movement is very similar to autocar running, generating the swift rolling friction between four wheels and racetrack (the reed ring). Apparently, rolling friction is more efficient than sliding friction.

3. High-performance electric system and friendly human computer interactive
Machinery gears transmission is the traditional approach to synchronize host machine and tow device. This approach is not so precise to control the speed as the inverter does. What is worse, gears generate friction and lowers the energy efficiency. The new electric control system of SYZ-6x850H is composed of digital circuit, SCM and two sets of inverter.
SYZ-6x850H can automatically adjust weft density and detect warp-pause, weft-pause, and weft-end. It also functions as automatic compensating, automatic fabric yield in meters for each shift and accumulating to one day or one month. User can display and modulate menu and parameters on the LCD screen. All the manipulation is straightforward and humanistic.

4. Energy-Saving
SYZ-6x850H is equipped with motor of 3 KW 4P, saving 30% to 50% electricity, compared with its competitors. This is because it implemented 3-dimension curves and enlarged the grommet-raising, which reduced the burden of main motor. If there is 1.5 KW/h of electricity were saved per day in one set of circular loom, the saving amount in one year (300 working days) are 10800 KW/h. Provided the electricity charges are US $ 0.1 per KW/h, it will save 1080 USD. Normally, a production line of 10 million pieces yield annually is composed of 12 sets of circular loom. The result is encouraging, with US $12960.
